The two met at a food-focused book club. They hit it off over pistachio-cardamom cake with dark chocolate ganache, and immediately made plans to start cooking together. Soon they developed a collection of unique recipes and walked pastries from their homes to the doors of their first client. The next thing they knew they were spending their days covered in flour, had to purchase a delivery van, and began shipping across the globe.
